The next day in Ching Mai is where the trip started to get really interesting. First I went and saw the temple at Doi Suthep, which was really nice. It would also be my last temple visit in Thailand.
Next, I did a Monk Chat. You sit down with a Monk and ask him whatever you want. His name was Saneh. He was impressed with me, and gave me a copy of his book, which he signed.
That night I met up with another American, Davy, and a Brit named Allan. We decided to go on a crazy road trip through the less travelled mountains of Northern Thailand. We rented a truck and took off(Pictures to come soon).
